SHIPMENTS TO ITALY

Shipments are made by express courier (GLS - BRT)

The average delivery time is variable from 1 to 3 working days, depending on the destination location.

SHIPMENTS ABROAD

Shipments to Europe (EEC) are made by BRT express courier. The average delivery time is variable from 3 to 7 working days, depending on the destination locations and the type of parcels. For shipments abroad, some countries may be subject to customs charges and import taxes. These charges and taxes are fully borne by the recipient.

- Shipping cost

For all purchases, the shipping cost depends on the weight or volume of the cart. The minimum cost is € 6.50

- Time preferences for delivery

There is the possibility of entering a ‘note’ in the shipping documents with the preferred time, but this does not absolutely guarantee that the time will be respected.

- Absent on delivery

If at the time of delivery the courier is unable to contact the recipient, he will retry delivery the next day (sometimes even the same day), or he may leave a note on which the necessary information will be indicated in order to arrange a further delivery. There are no additional costs.

If even on the second pass the recipient is absent and the consignment is returned to the sender, it will not be sent a second time. In addition, a refund of the value of the goods will be made excluding shipping costs.
